Terms and Policies
- Delivery takes up to five (5) working days for East Malaysia and seven (7) working days for West Malaysia. However, for remote areas of Malaysia, delivery time may be longer, depending on the courier company.
- All orders confirmed by Crack Inc. Coffee Roasters will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer when placing an order. For any re-delivery of goods that have been returned due to any non-delivery, such as, but not limited to invalid address, no such recipient etc., customers shall be fully responsible to pay for the additional re-delivery charges.
- In the event of natural disaster/ unforeseen circumstances, standard delivery timeline will be re-arranged and notification will be made accordingly
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to wrong item, please contact us directly and return the product in its original packaging within seven (7) days upon receipt in order to get your replacement. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
After receiving the product if found dented due to shipment and faulty, we will be happy to exchange the product for you.

The following requests are not acceptable for return or exchange:
- Wear and tear of coffee equipment
- Items purchased during promotional events/ campaigns
- Late delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster or peak season or delay from courier service provider
