1. Products & Coffee Beans
Q: What types of coffee products do you offer?
We offer espresso beans, filter coffee beans, drip bag coffee, capsule coffee, coffee machines, and coffee merchandise.
Q: How fresh are your coffee beans?
Our beans are freshly roasted in small batches to ensure optimal flavor and aroma.
Q: How should I store my coffee beans?
Keep them in an airtight container, away from heat, light, and moisture. Avoid the fridge.
Q: Do you offer grind sizes?
Most of our products are sold in whole bean to ensure freshness. However, you can place remarks upon checking out for the grind size, and we will grind it for you!
2. Orders & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, online banking, and e-wallets.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
Q: How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship within Malaysia through our trusted courier partners.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Typically 2–5 working days depending on your location.
Q: How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees vary based on location and will be shown at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email or whatsapp once your order has shipped.
4. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns for beans. However, defective merchandise or machines may be eligible for exchange.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our customer support with your order number and photos of the damaged item.

Q: Do you offer coffee bean subscriptions?
